今天我们来聊一聊最近在中国很火的人，景德镇的鸡排哥。
鸡排哥的名字很简单。“鸡排”就是炸鸡肉的意思，英文是 chicken cutlet，“哥”是哥哥。在中文里，人们喜欢用“什么什么哥”“什么什么姐”来叫一个人，比如酱油哥，泡面姐，等等。鸡排哥就是卖鸡排的男人。
鸡排哥的名字叫李俊永。他是中国江西人，在景德镇生活了很多年。平时他在学校附近摆摊，卖鸡排。摆摊，意思是卖东西，但是不开店。我们可以推着小推车去摆摊。因为鸡排哥总是笑着和客人聊天，很热情，就有人拍了他的视频放到网上。人们发现他的鸡排又好吃又便宜，而且他说话也很有意思，很多网友看了他的视频以后都觉得很开心。
慢慢地，鸡排哥在网上火了起来。现在，很多人坐很久的高铁或者飞机，从别的地方来到景德镇，排队四五个小时，只为了买他做的鸡排。后来，排队的人越来越多，来景德镇旅游的人越来越多，鸡排哥就成了景德镇的一个小景点。
有时候排队的人很多，鸡排哥太忙了，但他也会说很多有意思的话，我们来听一听：
“做你的，做完你的我做你的，做完你的做你的。对对对对对，我来了我来了。我知道我知道我知道，我心里有数我心里有数。这种场面我还是在控制。”
因为客人太多了，他要快点做鸡排，所以他说话也很快。他说，做完一个客人的鸡排，就做下一个客人的鸡排。他让客人不用着急，因为他心里有数。心里有数，也就是我们知道自己在做什么。他还说，这种场面他还是在控制，意思是，虽然现在很忙，但是他还是可以控制的，他还是可以做好的。后来，人们也开始学鸡排哥说话：“这种场面我还是在控制的。”
以前，人们去景德镇是看瓷器，买瓷器。现在，很多人还会说：“我想先去找鸡排哥。”因为他的热情和真诚，让更多人注意到这个城市，也让景德镇变得热闹了。
鸡排哥自己说，他只是一个普通人，卖鸡排是为了生活。他希望大家喜欢他的家乡，也希望每个人都能开心地过好每一天。

Today we’re going to talk about someone who has become very popular in China recently — the Chicken Cutlet Brother from Jingdezhen.
His name is quite simple. “鸡排” means fried chicken, or chicken cutlet in English. “哥” means “older brother”. In Chinese, people often call someone “something哥” or “something姐”, such as “Soy Sauce Brother” or “Instant Noodles Sister”. So, “Chicken Cutlet Brother” simply means the man who sells chicken cutlets.
His real name is Li Junyong. He’s from Jiangxi Province and has lived in Jingdezhen for many years. Usually, he sets up a street stall near a school to sell chicken cutlets. The phrase 摆摊 means to sell things without opening a shop. You can push a small cart and set up a stall.
Because Chicken Cutlet Brother always smiles and chats warmly with his customers, someone filmed him and uploaded the video online. People found that his chicken cutlets were delicious and cheap, and that he was also very funny. Many viewers said his videos made them feel happy.
Gradually, Chicken Cutlet Brother became famous on the internet. Now, many people take long train or plane journeys from other cities to Jingdezhen, queueing for four or five hours just to buy his chicken cutlets. As more and more people came, Jingdezhen’s tourism also grew. Chicken Cutlet Brother became a small tourist attraction in the city.
Sometimes there are so many people in line that he gets extremely busy, but he still says some funny things. Let’s listen:

He also says he’s “still in control of this situation”, which means that even though it’s very busy, he can still handle it well. Later, people started imitating him, saying: “I’m still in control of this situation.”
In the past, people went to Jingdezhen to see and buy porcelain. Now, many people say, “I want to visit Chicken Cutlet Brother first.” His warmth and sincerity have brought more attention to the city and made Jingdezhen even livelier.
Chicken Cutlet Brother says he’s just an ordinary person, selling chicken cutlets to make a living. He hopes people will like his hometown and that everyone can live happily every day.
